About Todd
I got into this business more than 20 years ago because of its incredible creativity and the ability to tell a great story. My career started as a TV photojournalist, where I was honored to be a Chief Photographer in both Las Vegas and San Diego, winning 7 Emmy awards. These experiences taught me to lead with a great eye, all while working in a fast-paced environment. As a network TV news photojournalist, I’ve applied my skills to everything from breaking news to documentaries and corporate video.
My motto is “high-end production at the speed of news,” because I believe in delivering top-quality results, no matter the timeline. My teammate, Javier, and I cover shoots for many broadcast outlets and production companies from the Canadian border all the way down to the Mexican border, and honestly, nothing makes me happier than seeing a client finish a shoot with a big smile on their face.

I’m fortunate to have worked with a diverse list of clients. From working with major networks like HBO, ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC to being involved in independent film projects and corporate productions. My bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a great asset for international assignments, but what really sets me apart is my genuine care for my clients’ vision. I believe in building strong, lasting relationships by approaching every shoot with dedication and professionalism, no matter the size of the project.
My technical foundation comes from film studies and hands-on experience as a gaffer, grip, and electrician. This deep understanding of production allows me to adapt seamlessly to any environment, from a high-stakes breaking news event to a concert or corporate shoot.
